Ministry says Russia’s GDP growth slows down to 1.6% in March
MOSCOW, Apr 28 (PRIME) -- Russia’s gross domestic product (GDP) growth has slowed down to 1.6% in annual terms in March after a rise of 4.3% in February and 5.8% in January, the Economic Development Ministry said in a research note late on Wednesday.
In January–March, GDP growth amounted to 3.7%.
Industrial production advance demonstrated the steepest narrowing to 3% in March from 6.3% in February, the ministry said.
